Memorials & Tributes

Our Memorial Gift program commemorates the lives of loved ones and friends. The Foundation will send a card to the person or family you designate, notifying them of your thoughtful contribution in their loved one's memory. Please note we never disclose the monetary amount unless otherwise specified.

Our Tribute Gift program allows you to recognize a special occasion in someone's life, such as a birthday, anniversary, or retirement, with a gift in their honor to Firelands Regional Medical Center. The Foundation will send a card to the person you designate, acknowledging your thoughtful gift in tribute to their accomplishment.
